Profile

With ten years’ experience advising on SMid cap transactions in M&A and private equity (venture capital, development capital and LBO), Edouard advises both start-ups as well as more established, small- and medium-sized companies, whether listed or unlisted.

 

He advises both French and international clients, mainly financial investors (investment funds, family offices and business angels), groups of companies, private shareholders and managers, on structuring and implementing their financial, external growth and investment transactions and implementing management packages.

Beyond the legal aspect of these transactions, Edouard also relies on his experience acquired after spending time with an investment fund, and on his training, in order to approach matters from an economic and financial perspective.

Edouard is particularly focused on the innovative companies, and has, over the past few years, managed a significant number of venture capital transactions in this sector.
