Profile

Alexandre Ghesquière began his career in the Paris office of the English law firm Lovells, where he worked in the Finance Department on international financial issues, notably acquisition and discounting of receivables (assignment of receivables under the Dailly Law, factoring and discounting). In 2005, he continued his education at the University of Norwich (England), where he obtained an LLM, and then joined Bignon Lebray in 2006.

Today, Alexandre Ghesquière advises medium and large companies on merger and acquisition, restructuring, and equity financing transactions, including on the contentious aspects of these operations.

He has acquired significant expertise in creating and raising capital for innovative companies.
